Promotion was necessary due to the repressive equal opportunity laws we have here in Australia Lisa will be our future moderator while I am away and we will also be looking for a moderator from North America, UK and Asia Pacific. Each moderator will have a 12 month run. Will be calling for expressions of interest shortly :-)
