I had to do the growing up thing...relocating to a new city, courting my then girlfriend (now expecting wife), buy a home. Next thing I knew, five years past since. I had put some good cigars to sleep for a long time, monte 2, 4 siglo 2,6. Now collecting starts all over again!

I smoked it after 1year and it was the best smoking experience ever, creamy, toffee, coffee, rich and complex...smoother than a baby's butt! I smoked one recently, and it was not what I expected. It was bland with a little spice, lacked the flavors I expected. It might be inconsistency, might be a dormant period. I won't touch it for a while again. The monte #4 had turned out awesome! It has all the essence of what a habano is, complex, rich, strong, flavorful, without being harsh.
