havanaclub7
» Nice humidor! What is that cigar in the left chamber, third from the » left? Looks to be a Boli with a nice plume. Bob, You hit the nail on the head. It's a Boli Coronas Gigantes -- recent stock from Czars. They have been very tasty!

tacmedic
Wow, that humi looks pretty big while looking like it won't hold more than 50 sticks or so...optical illusion?

havanaclub7
» Can you be satisfied with the quaintity? It does hold 50 or so sticks and it's also my second desktop (my other is a Davidoff that holds about 50 sticks depending on the size). So for me that isn't too bad. At some point, I'm sure I will add a cabinet humidor like an Aristocrat. But living in the upper midwest, the weather is not condusive to smoking cigars (I never smoke inside the house) for some 5 months out of the year. You hit the nail on the head. I think it holds about 50 sticks, although I think you can get a few more than that by stacking above the line. It's very substantial (about 15" x 15" x 13"h). It's really like a piece of sculpture in that most people wouldn't think it's a humidor but has that wonderful function.

The Boli CGs have been excellent. It was bloom, but I can see how in the pic one might think mold. Thanks for the thought!

havanaclub7
My new desktop humidor finally arrived today! It was handcrafted in solid Bubinga wood with ebony accents. There's something really awesome about a pyramid and I can't think of a better place for cigars to rest under. Now, I need to get my order together for the big sale so I can fill 'er up!
