I'm not from Iowa, but my dad's cousins live in Parkersburg, IA that had the F5 tornado level the town on Memorial Day. Luckily all my relatives made it through without getting injured. There have been really bad storms throughout the Midwest and it's sad whenever there's loss of life. These Boy Scouts were very brave and are in our thoughts and prayers. I've spent several nights sandbagging to save a friends house and we were successful. Others were not as fortunate and my heart goes out to them. I was in Omaha, about 40 miles south of the Boy Scout camp, the night those poor boys were killed. As a parent, I cannot imagine showing up and waiting for news on whether my child was alive or dead.
