At euro 250, I won't be attempting to acquire one any time soon, but I'm curious to know if any

members have one, or have seen one in their travels, and what they might think:

http://www.robaina-guayabera.com/

Since the FOH Guayabera has gone the way of the dinosaur and personal firearms in Australia,

a well made, well fitting, affordable alternative might be in order.....

Im sure Miami101 can back me up when I say that you can get some unbelievable guayabera's on 8th street in Little Havana. I forget the name of the shop but I just know where it is. Wearing one in NYC in the summer makes me feel like Im at home.

Austin, don't take this the wrong way, but I thought of you shortly after I posted this.

I figured you might be one of the style conscious members who might spring for

something like this..........:-D

Can you get them in linen or linen / cotton? And not to sound to girlie, do they make them

somewhat fitted? More info appreciated if / when you can provide it - thanks for the heads up!

Ramon Puig is an excellent tailor. If you visit his shop you'll will be measured and re-measured. Selection of fabric is extensive. His work is beyond compare, and likewise is not cheap. You will not be disappointed.

:lol2: I'll admit that the quality and look of the guayabera on the website very much appeals to me, hell I may ask for one for my birthday from the wife!...but clothes are one thing this ole Florida boy doesn't spend a bunch of dough on. It's sleeveless shirts, jeans and flip flops for me.
