I've got a #4 resting at the moment. It's going to be my first Diplo, so I'll be interested as to how he turns out.

I am a pretty big Diplo fan. Whoever said that they are a “low line” Montecristo may have been technically correct but has not given the brand the respect that they are obviously due.

I think that the popularity may suffer due to the fact that the entire line (short of the Number 2) is of 42 ring or less. Seeing that the smaller rings are right up my alley I am enamored by the entire line except the Number 2. But I am one of those odd “fish” that does not really like the Monte 2 either.

Just for giggles here is a sample of a Diplo #1 (from my friends Lisa and Rob) against a fairly uncommon Diplo #6.

If you have not enjoyed the Diplo line I would highly recommend you try some. The friendly folks at CZ are happy to deliver… I am sure! –LOLimage236.jpg
