So as I sit in my office I'm smoking a Monte #2 with the window wide open.

Smoked a Partagas 8-9-8. The cigar was great, but the wind outside was gusting and bitterly cold. I really hate the mass movements to ban indoor smoking.

I missed your previous posts but now I feel the need to share.

Just back from Cabo where I had this line up of morning and afternoon/evening cigars:

Jan. 25 Trini Reyes 2007 and Cohiba Lanceros 2001; oh dear Lord, they were delicious.

Jan. 26 Cohiba Sig I 2007 and SLR DC 2007; yummo.

Jan. 27 Punch Punch 1998; lovely and then the wheels fell off. Vegueros Especial #1 2001, bland/blah, then Boli RC, better but turned harsh at the end.

Jan. 28 Dip #5 outside at the airport, so good, I nearly missed my flight.

I had a 1996 Cohiba Esplendidos from a dark box with lots of flavor. It was very enjoyable. Strong, but well integrated tobacco, leather and perhaps slightly burnt coffee flavors.
