KWG116 Posted January 16, 2008 Posted January 16, 2008 I just wanted to post and say Hello. I am so excited I found this site. I usually do not like chat forums (I am also a pipe smoker and do not like pipe forums) I have been smoking cigars since college while working in a cigar shop. I used to be one of the people that believed that domestic cigars were just as good, but after smoking enough of them, I rarely smoke anything domestic. They do not have flavors nor the complexity. While in college in PA I used to travel to Montreal just to smoke and visit the Casa there. It was a great place. I have also travelled to Vancouver while living in Seattle. While in Europe last year on business,I made a point to go to Lyon and visit a great shop. I was able to buy the French regionals (Bolivar and Obus) They are still in my humidor. Right before finding this site today I was able to order the Min Ron Nee book and I am awaiting an order of Partagas Shorts (50 cab) and Bolivar Petit Coronas. I have smoked a lot of cubans but still consider myself a novice. I hope I can learn from everybody here and contribute when I can.
El Presidente Posted January 16, 2008 Posted January 16, 2008 Welcome and thankyou for the great Into! This is less of a forum and more of a bunch of mates sitting around a bar ;-)
