I am not as suprised by this. It was a very tough year for him and they are not exactly on the verge of winning a Super Bowl with this team. He will go back to focusing on racing and be at peace.

I am as well. I think the team has potential and he is an awesome coach. I will never forgive him, however, for knocking da Bears out of the playoffs in the 80's!

I wish we had him.

Too bad..They need a coach they can keep around for 5 years..Dont know if Snyder has the patience! Maybe you can steal Herm Edwards away from the Chiefs!

I have heard a lot of names bandied about. Russ Grimm, Greg Williams of course (I expect him to be announced eventually), Marvin Lewis, Bill Cowher, Mike Singletary, etc.

Greg Williams would bring continuity but his track record in Buffalo was not good. However it is a new day and a new team...

We shall see. . .
