anacostiakat Posted December 31, 2007 Posted December 31, 2007 A convincing win! Good game. But then it is always a good game when the Redskins beat the Cowpies!
Freefallguy Posted December 31, 2007 Posted December 31, 2007 Hey Jim… Man, my ‘boys didn’t bring much to the game, did they now. All the pundits had Romo and the A team resting, which is what I’d rather have seen. If they lose in the first round, Phillips will be the goat. Skins waxing and ‘boys waning at season’s end is not good! I take some solace in my prediction, for the 'boys, from AUGUST rings true… Dallas 13-3 Philadelphia 10-6 Washington 6-10 New York Giants 5-11 Let the playoffs begin!
anacostiakat Posted January 1, 2008 Author Posted January 1, 2008 Hey Rob, Hopefully we can ride this one into a win in Seattle. Tough place to play. The Dallas coaches wanted the game more than the players I think. If we can get past Seattle it will set up another game. :-D

(if you think that sounds bizarre, a recent poll in madrid/barcelona, whose soccer teams have a rivalry that makes qld/nsw or skins/girls look tame, almost 60% of the fans got more pleasure from seeing the other side lose than their own win, no matter who they were playing. strange things, humans).
Ken Gargett Posted January 1, 2008 Posted January 1, 2008 guys, have just realised that if/when the glorious skins thrash the slithering seahawks and then head to cream the cowgirls, i will be absent and unable to even get a result for about four days. should/when the glorious skins win, wonder if someone would be so kind to post a report or the stuff from the post itself (no use sending emails, they won't get through as my system will be chockers by then). hate to miss the joy. should the unthinkable happen, no need to post anything. many thanks.
jdbrown Posted January 1, 2008 Posted January 1, 2008 Glad to see Todd Collins get a good shot since he left the Chiefs. Looks really good and I will be rooting for them!

Yes, we all know your math is terrible when far from accurate is the number of fish you haplessly snag or the number of women who run from you, BUT if you get your thumbs out of your eyes and read carefully… I said... my prediction, for the 'boys When will Rob return to again bring a distinquished level of sanity to the forum?
