oldkentrd Posted October 26, 2007 Posted October 26, 2007 White Owl is a classic cigar that's rich in history, dating back to 1887. White Owl cigars are machine made in Dothan, Alabama, U.S.A. with a sheet-type wrapper and binder that encases a mixed filler tobacco blend from five nations which give an extra mildness and fine taste. I smoked White Owl many moons ago and found them to be adequate for my needs at that time. I am now in the process of upgrading and would be grateful for any advice.
Tampa1257 Posted October 26, 2007 Posted October 26, 2007 White Owl's have had a long history, yet are currently somewhere in the middle of the road mediocre machine made these days. ANY step forward is a step up. May I suggest that you try a Sampler such as the annual Christmas Sampler that is currently being offered that will give you several excellent cigars and then go from there.
Cam Posted October 26, 2007 Posted October 26, 2007 leave the owls. burn the owls, in a fire, don't smoke them. buy some from rob. enjoy.
