Well we all have been hearing how this great cigar has seen better days.

And was told by many to stay clear but something in side said go for it .

Wrapper and Color: Oily smooth lite golden brown

Smell at foot cold:rich tobacco with floral scent

Strength:Med to very full

Flavors noted:Rich tobacco, lite seasalt ,cinnamon, roasted nuts and bitter fruit flavors also it had a very very long finish

This cigar was very strong and was very complex for its age but also noted it had some bitterness at times showing its youth.

When it has some more age it will be much more refined showing what it really has to offer even though I can smoke them now.

My Friends the cat is out of the box which one side say's don't tell no one here ( becoming a Boli ***** :hungry: ) but hey we are all Friends of Habanos.

Thanks for the review and I hope you are correct that the trend is changing.

However, I will be waiting and watching. I have read mixed reviews of the 06 some good, some bad.

The last BBF I had was so terrible I let it go out halfway through (it was an 04). It really chapped my hide. Hints of wood and charred skin. Blech...

I have to go as to say this is the best i have ever tasted.

And i have smoked 01 through 05 and some were good and some bland.

Bland BBF? They should rock your palate or they ain't no good. Most I have had please me very well.

How would you compare these to the outstanding Coronas Extra?

Corona Extra's are my favorite (smoke one almost everyday) but these Fino's are unreal just smoked another last night I cant not stop.

Fino's last night had some sea salt but again very rich in flavor very addicting.

I wish I had lifetime supply of these as I would smoke these everyday.

I have to say that I am glad someone posted a review of the nov pos 06 BBF. I just smoked one and found it to be pleasant but bitter at the ending. It was very light and flavorful in the beginning and grew stronger towards the middle and end. Ill have to smoke another one but want to let them sit for a couple of months. I gave two to a friend of mine who stated that it was a solid BBF and he enjoyed it very much. Notes of dry spice cake and sweet aroma I think he said. Hey Jimmy how's the appearence? I noticed that mine were kinda veiny but were consistent in dark color and had a nice oil appearence.
