Sorry, no help Adam but I am also interested in getting one or two of these. Cigarmony is closed until mid August but there is a link on their site to here as a supplier. Is this true Prez and could they be added to a cigar order to save shipping fees? Regards, Mel39

Unfortunately I can't help you with finding a distributor for the Puck in Europe. I can say that the Puck works extremely well. The price for the 100/65 size Puck is less than $20 U.S. When you consider the hundreds of dollars worth of cigars you will run through your humidor, paying an extra $24 in shipping isn't a horrible thing when you know that what you are buying is one of the best devices available.

Unfortunately, I have to sort of agree. It is expected that you will be hit for shipping (and some time tax on top) when ordering from the States. I found a supplier for Spanish Cedar and the shipping cost was more than the value of the timber (lumber). I have now actually found a UK supplier but the wood is priced at the same amount of £s Sterling as it was in $US, therefore twice the price, so with shipping, it works out almost exactly the same. I would not be surprised if the Puck were available in Europe, it would cost twice as much in Euros or £s. Bear in mind that a distributor in Europe would still have to pay for shipping from the US and any such retailer would pass this cost on to the consumer. Mel39
El Presidente Posted July 30, 2007 Posted July 30, 2007 Shoot an e-mail to mark at www.cigarmoney.com He is at the RTDA and will reply when he returns. I don't think he would have any trouble shipping to you directly. Freight costs should be negligible in the Puck form. If that fails, then we will look at doing it from this end.
adamg Posted July 31, 2007 Author Posted July 31, 2007 I took the plunge last night and bought one for $41 (including shipping). As the exchange rate is so good at the moment (nearly $2 to the £1) I suppose that is a pretty good deal!

Thanks for the kind words! I am supposed to meet with a couple of distributors while at the RTDA to discuss getting the Puck-ifier & RH Beads into B&Ms in Europe (mainly Germany and Switzerland). Shipping to Europe is roughly $20 (due to the recent shipping increase here in the US). As mentioned, the exchange rate is great right now for Europeans and have been getting a ton of orders for them. Please feel free to mention it to your local B&M to get them to carry it! ;-) I'll report back after we return from the RTDA. Thanks again and happy smoking my friends! ~Mark

I can tell you that it's in my dad's humidor right now in Minnesota and is working great. We've gone through other humidification devices in his humidor before (including Credo rounds) and they just didn't work. Your product works great and is affordably priced. I have a Davidoff humidor and am happy with Davidoff's device that came with the humidor but the price is very expensive. Yours is a bargain by comparison and works extremely well.
Tone_NY Posted August 1, 2007 Posted August 1, 2007 Mark sent me one of the first pucks and all I can say it works like a charm.
