Well, as long as it takes to finish the job, go into the sports bar for a bite to eat and a few drinks, get drunk, shoot a few games of darts, get into an argument about politics, and come back out to find that their truck has been stolen. It is then that they will realize that one of the bollards has been removed. ;-)
