We will let the facility run at no cost and re-assess at Christmas 2007. As long as it breaks even I have no issues.

No notice and we ship them to you. We work so closely with our members that I can't see this occuring.

Rob, part of the assessment of the "breaks even" may be hard to calculate. For me, this service will mean that I will purchase some items that I otherwise would not because of lack of storage space.

That is what I am hoping Seriously, We already have the facility. The major expense is management of it on behalf of members. We have designed the service so that it is not a day trading facility. It is designed for mid to long term aging. If it resuts in a small % increase in sales overall then it will pay for itself and be worthwhile.
