Menu: Lots of different chips, vegetables and dips including guacamole, salsa, bean dip and a sour cream with french onion and bacon. Burgers will be grilled and chili will be simmering. Barbequed pork also available. Chocolate chip cookies and brownies and home made ice cream.

Beverages: Dos Equis, Pacifico, Corona (with lime), Heinekin, Fat Tire. 2005 Beringer Napa Valley Chardonnay, 2004 Beringer Napa Valley Merlot and soft drinks also availble.

Cigar: I think I am going with the Cohiba Rubusto for me. I will probably offer some non-Cuban Arturo Fuentes or Padrons to non-aficionado cigar smokers.

Decided to run with homemade ravioli, Mt. Dew, paired with a Monte #4 that has almost reached his first birthday. I haven't had one in a couple months, kinda eager to see if I can notice any changes in the age.
