CelticBasque Posted January 24, 2007 Posted January 24, 2007 Snow photos are nothing special overall... However, a photo of snow in the middle of the desert is a little more unique, in my opinion. Here I am, enjoying a Partagas Short, on January 23rd. This was taken approximately 24 hours after the snow stopped falling in my hometown. The last snowfall we saw was about 6-7 years ago and was only minimal compared to this. This snow came for almost 20 hours and just kept covering the desert that I call home! This picture was taken two days after my birthday (during which I smoked a lovely Trini Reyes in the snow at a friend's house) and as the snow was starting to melt away. Overall, we had nearly eight inches of snow, in Arizona!!!!!!

Okay, it was a painted backdrop in my living room. And I may have slightly exaggerated the rendition of myself..... I'm really five feet one inch tall, weigh 283 pounds, bald, and wear glasses with lenses so thick I can start fires using moonlight. And my feet are small - real small..... But, I do like a good sense of humor, long walks on the beach at sunset, and world peace.

(with a little drink to go along with it) ;-) And here the wife and I enjoy the beach on Isla Mujeres, or the Island of Women in Mexico with another little gem from the LCDH in Cancun!
