Would you be able or willing to send me the warranty seal? I can check it for you and tell you pretty conclusively whether or not the packaging is authentic. The lack of Habanos and "EL" sticker on the box is not a good sign. So far, not a single one of the over a dozen boxes of counterfeit cigars I've come across has had an authentic box. I hope he doesn't give you too much grief. BTW, here is the tower of infamous counterfeits. Not in the photo is the box of Bolivar Coronas that did the Deathmatch analysis on. log1k
Update on the PS3s He had a bettle out break in his warehouse...caused him to open all the boxes and salvage what was left...hence why there were no stickers....Lastly his says that on the box next to the stamp there is a #, in this case #14 which is wirtten by the person in the factory...Is there merit to this ? Here is the pic
El Presidente
There is credence to the #14. Often you will see a number written in pencil on the bottom of the box. There is no credence to the lack of stickers...just because you opened the box? Sure one box without a sticker...a possibility. However...if I am reading it right....he is saying all the boxes? Crap. log1k
Well the only way to figure it out is to send some out to people....have you seen fake boxes with those #s ?

If you would like to peel off and send me the warranty seal, I can likely put your speculation to rest. Scrutinzing small details like the pencil numbers is all fine and good, but if you want to know for sure, it's in that rectangular piece of paper. I'm with Rob on the guy's comment about the stickers. This smells like a duck, walks like a duck, and craps like a duck. I'm laying odds that the quack is in the seal. tigger
I would take Wilkey up on his kind offer...he's good at this stuff. I don't hold out too much hope...too many iffy things, from strange looking caps to a beetle outbreak story.
