When I smoke a cigar so good that I savor the aftertaste for hours on end, it inspires me to write about it.

This was a dark, shiny Bolivar from a cabinet from 2000. Everything about this cigar was perfect. The burn, the aged Bolivar tastes, the smoke-volume, the draw, you name-it. I sipped some Reserve Muscat with it (from Australia!) and relaxed for over an hour. THIS is why we smoke cigars. I'm VERY content right now.

It'll be hard to top this one in the near future!

I here ya on that. It is one of the finer things in life that we cigar smokers have that other people don't. When you start out on the journey that a good quality smoke can give you and you enter that zone where it is simply bliss. Yea, that's why I enjoy cigars too.
