Arrived back to find the shower on. Friend departed the day before. Apartment flooded. The bad news is self evident. ilikecigars Posted August 5, 2005 Share Posted August 5, 2005 ouch, i had a leak once..royal pain in the arse it was...biggest thing you want to watch out for besides the obvious damage is MOLD...the stuff can be a real problem if you dont use something to kill it before it forms...it doesnt pop up untill days,weeks or months later but it can if you dont treat for it now.
