TR Posted October 16, 2006 Posted October 16, 2006 I just started in the gym again........anyone else just start a diet/exercise routine?????:-) my body hurts and my ego is worse......I remember when I lifted every day......word to the wise, don't put the weight you USED to use on the rack first day back.......;-)
Ken Gargett Posted October 16, 2006 Posted October 16, 2006 have set targets for a certain amount of weight loss by new year. very ambitious but so far on target. thata sounds less impressive when you realise that i am doing weekly weighings and only started last friday.
gersonmorelli Posted October 16, 2006 Posted October 16, 2006 » word to the wise, don't put the weight you USED to use on the » rack first day back.......;-) LOL! True that!! That reminds me the first time I went back to the gym after a year and a half break. Trying to benchpress what I used to, was no fun, specially the day after!!
pnutbutrsangwich Posted October 16, 2006 Posted October 16, 2006 I started a little over a month ago at the gym. The diet part has been hard, but I've been getting used to it. My goal is to drop 50-60 pounds by April. Right now I'm about 6' 255.

Seriously, I need to get back to it. I was doing well at the beginning of the year and went downhill from there.
Jimmy2 Posted October 16, 2006 Posted October 16, 2006 Let me finish my lunch and i will get back to you.:-D

Bubba -NJ Posted October 16, 2006 Posted October 16, 2006 Last year I lost 30 lbs. but I have since found 20 of them ! I'm triing again to lose them but it ain't easy . I do like to eat quality food . Not one to normally sit and eat chips and other crap all day , I seem to eat to much at meal time .
Trevor2118 Posted October 16, 2006 Posted October 16, 2006 » I just started in the gym again........anyone else just start a » diet/exercise routine?????:-) » Well, I have a small gym under the house :-) I also keep my cigars in the gym :-P I need to lose weight :-( I like cigars better So its either exercise or cigars. Guess the winner
El Presidente Posted October 16, 2006 Posted October 16, 2006 My name is Rob Ayala and I am a Fat Bastid :-) Was going great until 6 weeks ago when after 6 months of rigid exercise and diet control I lost my way and found 4 kilo's of the 10 I had lost. I have re-commenced my plan. We will run a Fat Bastid Competition in the first quarter of 2007. It is the best quarter to do so as we all put on a few pounds/kilo's after the Christmas recess ;-)
