I am a seriously handsome individual ;-)

My personal highlights:

1. Going for a 5 hour lunch immediately before the function was not one of my smarter moves.

2. 12 pm : Winstons Night Club. Smithy was my wing man. I was a Breast Surgeon.

3. 2pm: Platinum Strip Club. I was putting the $2 club notes down Lisa's top :lookaround:

4. 3am: The 5 kilometer walk home. Why wouldn't any Taxi Cab pick us up?

5. 3:25am: Realised walking home I lost my new $700 mobile phone.

6. 8:am Lisa calls my room to tell me she took my mobile phone for safe keeping late in the night.

7. 8:05am I ring the platinum Strip Club and apologise for any inferences of theft I may have made on any previous call :lookaround:

Great to meet all of you. I will make it a regular thing to pop to Sydney for a long lunch :

Sounds like a great time!

Especially the Surgery pre-op. ;)

Highlights

1. Catching up with mates.

2. Meeting new ones.

3. Meeting all of the infamous FOH Team.

Rob's stories of rubber glove love in various airports around the World.

Poor Lisa sounding like she'd just finished auditions for Deep Throat 'Downunder'

Smithy workin the birds. Player!

4. Asking a strippin Lisa Loeb lookalike whether her glasses were real she then put her tongue through them. Ah alcohol.

5. Same said Dancer introducing me to her lovely funbags. Thanks love.

6. Rob mentioned the walk, that was fun.

7. Getting up at 7AM and getting ready to head off to Bathurst for the big race. Deciding that as I was walking dead it wasn't a good idea. 8AM got up and went anyway. Only missed the first thirty laps. Not bad.

8. Realising I did not pay :lookaround: (Seriously, Lisa hit my card up for it)

BTW I'm the tubby bastard in the grey shirt. In the 3rd pic I can be seen directly behind Antonio Banderas.

I dread Lisa's shots :-|

Was indeed an enjoyable evening. El Prez holding court & telling us how good he is was also worth the price of admission.

And as for being Smithy's wingman.........I think those who were there would agree that you were trying to live in his vapour trail & failing miserably:-( Points for trying though

Was great to finally meet the actual workers of FOH. Lisa is indeed a treasure, & Smithy, look forward to catching up & having a beer with you next time I make it to Brisbane (I don't think there is likely to be a dull moment with Smithy on the prowl).

Take care up North & give Ken a punch from the Kiwi.

Cheers

rob,

it sounds like the FOH world tour is going quite nicely.

next thing you know, you'll be selling tour t-shirts with dates and destinations. and lap dance prices. and bail amounts.

:-D

»Now that sounds like a full night or day or day and night:-) :-) I'm sure all had a great time. Judging by the smiles on everyones faces it looks as if they did.

currently reading this while freezing in hawkes bay. fishing tomorrow so hoping the hail keeps away.

have explained to many kiwis that richie mccaw is not the greatest sportsman in history (actually, he is not a 'sportsman' at all). have explained much more about rugby to kiwis. they have been very grateful.

talk about obsessed! they have a radio station already devoted 24 hours a day to the world cup.

Does Mrs. Ayala know about all this?

I'm betting the Sydney group would gladly trade you pics for cigars.

She gave up changing me about 5 years ago. She is now much happier ;-)
