One of our local members who lectures Commerce at University saw this on our whiteboard at Czar House, pissed himself laughing, took a photo of it and asked permission to show it to his Economics Class as an example of hybrid hierachial commercial systems.

I am not sure if it can be copied into other business units...but it works for us ;-)
