I wanted to share the dream I had last night hoping my BOTL's can help me through it.

It did not last very long due to the fact that I startled awake, drenched in sweat. I dreamt that my house flooded last night (which is virtually impossible living in Phoenix) and the only thing that I checked or even seemed to care about were my cigars. Going to my 200-300 count humidor, I lifted the lid and found all of my cigars under water. I picked a few up to see if there was any saving them (yeah right). They were soggy and drenched. I let the water drip from one and set it down on a dry surface. It landed with a "splat" and began falling apart. At this time I did a mental checklist of my inventory and became very sad. I then woke up with the realization that it was just a dream, still shuderring from the thought that all my cigars had perished.

Now I am not a big believer in analyzing dreams, my dreams are WWAYYY too strange. Has anybody had a similar dream or is my cigar obsession pushing me over the edge? BTW my cigars are fine this morning. They said good morning to me when I lifted the lid.:-D

I can empathise with checking the cigars mate...we were broken into two months ago...wifey's jewels gone, digital projector knocked off however after comforting wifey moved straight to esky to check on Cuba's finest...still there thank God!

aside from that I had a weird dream as well. I was on some island hunting deer with these viking type people and if you miss hitting a deer with your aroow they string you up and eat you instead....very wierd...but cigars all ok!

Very common dream amongst enthusiasts.

You will find the dream will become more frequent. The only known cure is the immediate purchase of Cubans ;-)

Seriously....jump on LIVECHAT with Lisa. She is a great listener. I also have weird dreams which I discuss with her. If Lisa tells you about the one with the horse, Bull and chicken.....ignore her :lookaround:

My tower will be delivered in the next two weeks. Until then I cannot purchase any more cigars:-| Presently, I have 3 boxes stored in my friends humi and he now has no more room. If I only had another humi....HHmmm. Perhaps my 510th anniversary humi will be showing up soon. :ok: *wink* *wink* *nudge* *nudge*

My worst nightmare (happened when I was 5) involved batman, the penguin, and walking around the forest with my family (+ batman)

» Don't sweat it Tom.... if your humi at home gets flooded, just relax with

I can always count on you to not help me with one bad dream, but to create another. Stay off my stash, sucka!

The culprits were no doubt Dominicans!
