Another newbie and an apology for Rob

Hi my name is Mike and I am from New Jersey USA - 50 year + cigar smoker and have lurked on here on and off. Now for my apology(also sent Rob by email).

The other day couple of CFers contacted me regards the veracity of a few bonus sticks (Cohiba Robustos) provided as a promotion you recently had - I did a query as to whether anyone had any problems with "downunder" sources - not knowing that is your CF handle - I was referring to continent - please forgive me for this oversight - I would like to report we narrowed it down to the fact that the sticks had the older Cohiba bands - please forgive me but you are definitely getting blessed by the brethren - hope to order from you soon but damn I can't seem to get my 50 posts - once agaun my sincere apologies and cheers - Mike Ryskamp NJLimoDriver

Never intended to have anyone infer it was your site as there are many sites down under but you have such a following it became obvious that some one named Rob was the possible offendee (I never mentioned it or your name) - in the end it was an old band issue and the folks who questioned the Cohibashad only seen new ones - you seem to be a straight up guy and I hope this won't unterfere with my ability to order from here - no on to the next 49 posts Cheers Mike

Cigar Czar's Customer Service and Quality are without question. The "Friends" that have known him and have sampled his Product know that they are in fact receiving the highest quality product available. Time after time, this is proven to people world wide. Having the ability to do business with Cigar Czar is an Honor, which people should not take lightly IMHO.

I saw that post on CF the other day and I had some issue with it. NOT because it was CZar that may have been elluded to but how you went about it.

IMHO (of course), you should have contacted well respected (ie experienced) members to discuss the validity of the smokes that you were in question about. NOT posting something openingly before getting all your info.

Also, no where in the post have I seen an statement along the lines of "I was incorrect, these smokes are legit. I had never seen and old Cohiba band, etc...."

I'm not busting your chops bro, really. I just think that because you didn't know the difference between various Cohiba bands, you potentially hurt the business of any Australian vendor with that post.
