anacostiakat
Had my first one of these this past Saturday night at a local cigar club meeting from a group buy of '04 vintage. Lots of smoke from this one. Perfect construction, good draw and burn. Never having had one I was a little surprised as I didnt expect it to be on the full side. Very flavorful. Leathery/earthy and some sweetness. I found it to be somewhat different than the Churchills I have had although they were much older. Went very well with a Bookers bourbon I was hving and I was able to grab a few more before leaving for the night. I would get more of these. manny816
I am currently smoking my way through a box from 98. They are smoking very, very well. I also have a cab from 05 that I will wait a bit before touching. I did not find the 98 to be strong. They may have mellowed out with age.
Mel
I just got a cab from Czar and like them a lot, not sure of the year code but they are at least a couple years old. Can I ask please without causing offense, how are the 04 called vintage? What is the general standard for calling cigars vintage?

El Presidente
I find them to be the sweetest of all the R&J line. Combine that to a medium-full body and you have a cracker of a cigar.
