Chicago Posted March 16, 2006 Posted March 16, 2006 This new see gar using the old LE blend has caught my attention. Any idea when you will have a few? :-P
El Presidente Posted March 16, 2006 Posted March 16, 2006 Mid to late April. No idea on pricing at this time for the Short Churchills.
Duckguy Posted March 16, 2006 Posted March 16, 2006 Those Tubos look really cool...can't wait to get a couple!
Ginseng Posted March 16, 2006 Posted March 16, 2006 » Those Tubos look really cool...can't wait to get a couple! Yup, same here. If they can make these tubos, they should be able to make the Sig VI tubos. Any word on these, Rob? Wilkey

I read a rumor on some other forum that Habanos S.A. hadn't paid their bill to the company that makes the Tubos? Not sure how in the hell anyone would know that, but....

stogies&hoagies Posted March 16, 2006 Posted March 16, 2006 » Mid to late April. » » No idea on pricing at this time for the Short Churchills. Will the blend for these be the same as the churchills, or a totally different creation?
josie67 Posted March 16, 2006 Posted March 16, 2006 » I'm anxious to try these as well. Same here seeing that Robustos are in my top 2 favorite vitolas and RyJ is one of my favorite brands!! :-P
CigarZen Posted March 17, 2006 Posted March 17, 2006 Rob did you smoke the RyJ Short Churchill? Ken? What were your impressions. On another BB they were not spoken of well.
El Presidente Posted March 17, 2006 Posted March 17, 2006 We will be getting both the Punch Double Robusto and the Ramon Allones Estupendo. Not expected here unil mid year. The Short Churchills were a tad disappointing on the night of the relaease but have come along nicely since then. I have had close to a dozen and all they required were a dose of lower humidity. Typical R&J sweet spice.

josie67 Posted March 17, 2006 Posted March 17, 2006 Maybe I missed it, but what size is the RA Estupendo?
Ginseng Posted March 17, 2006 Posted March 17, 2006 » 7 x 47 from memory A Julieta2 from Ramon Allones? I can only imagine. Wilkey

Well Armed Posted March 21, 2006 Posted March 21, 2006 I bet the RA Estupendos will be the most sought after. So, mark me down for some!
josie67 Posted March 21, 2006 Posted March 21, 2006 » I bet the RA Estupendos will be the most sought after. So, mark me down » for some! Ditto, sign me up for a master case. ;-)
josie67 Posted March 21, 2006 Posted March 21, 2006 Speaking of RA, are the Belicosos slated to become part of the regular production line any time soon now? England has had them FAR too long.
