Price Increases Desnudo/MOFOH/BR June 1 2026

We all hate price increases but they are a fact of life 

There will be a 6.5% price increase on Desnudo/MOFOH/BR cigars effective June 1 2026. 

Why Rob Why! 

Well we have had a Honduran government mandated 7% wages increase in 2026. Fair enough, our workers need fair wages and I have no quibble. 

Freight costs from Honduras have been volatile in 2026. 10-15% increase on average. I think we have all experienced fuel and freight costs increases this year so no surprise there. 

Premium wrapper costs are up around 10% in 2026. There is a shortage of quality wrapper in the NC world. We are lucky in that we buy from one veguero for Nudies/Desnudo/BR. Still, his costs are up and it flows through. 

FInally, we never passed on the 10% Tariffs imposed on Honduras. We still won't...well not fully. 

Apologies folks. We do the best we can to deliver quality cigars at a fair price

Goes off to get bundles ordered before the hike...tells wife with the bundle discount and missing the 6.5% rise I have saved us a load of money by buying all these extra cigars.

Welp guys, it's official...Fab 5 is following the HSA pricing scheme. It was a good run while it lasted. 

But in all seriousness, still a heckuva deal in today's cigar world. What I appreciate most though is the gosh darn transparency! People are pretty reasonable and will pay an extra 20-50 bucks if they know where their hard earned money is going. With more money going to staff who seem to like (love?) what they do and continue to help push their business and product forward. I'm all about it. Thanks for the heads up Prez.

The Magnum 44 I smoked ROTT last night was ridiculously bargain priced at $9 ish and it's still going to punch way above its price point if it goes to $10. Pay your workers as they deserve for making these impeccably delicious sticks, it's all good.

A 6.5% price increase is a small price to pay for what you get with Fabrica 5.

That part, right there. What you have brought to us via Fab 5 and the wonderful people who make up this team, a 6.5% increase is a small price for me to pay for that kind of dedication. Amounts to significantly less than $1 a stick in most bundles? The definition of reasonable, …again just my opinion.

For your transparency alone, over such a small increase, you should be commended, and have been already by comments above but let me add to that. I so appreciate your openness about such a reasonable increase. Being that straightforward means a whole heap, @El Presidente!!
