A brief article stating that the tax rate on cigars in California is going down this year. It's minimal, and I doubt it would make much difference to the greater majority of our members, but what the heck...it's a small 'win', isn't it?

California’s Cigar Tax Rate Decreasing This Summer

The California Department of Tax and Fee Administration has announced its annual adjustment to the cigar tax rate, and it’s a bit of good news for cigar smokers.

On July 1, the rate will drop from 54.27 percent of the wholesale cost to 51.08 percent, a change that will save consumers at least a little bit of money.

I doubt stores are going to re SKU their inventory.
