Goldeneye Posted 12 hours ago Posted 12 hours ago Very fitting topic as we are getting pounded by 12" of snow and -25 temperatures in what is hopefully the last storm of this winter. On the weekend I did get in a couple Sovereign Suns and Trinity Robusto. These are my only two cigars that i have been enjoying this winter so my list is only two deep. 4

AshesToExcellence Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago Winter cigar season hits different. When you’re in the garage, snow blowing sideways, and the space heater sounds like it’s fighting for its life… this is not the moment for delicate cigars. This is survival smoking. So I skip the obvious heavy hitters and grab these sleepers: Juan López Selección No. 2: toasted bread, honeyed nuts, that tangy Cuban core. Medium-plus without being a brute. It cuts through cold air and still feels refined. Criminally underrated. Ramón Allones Small Club Corona: winter cheat code. Short enough that your fingers don’t freeze off, but loaded with dark sugar and spice. Dense little flavor bomb. Garage-approved. Punch Punch: Leathery, rustic, slightly old-school in the best way. Feels like it was blended for wool coats and concrete floors. That’s my winter rotation when it’s -10°F and I’m pretending this is relaxing. 4

Popular Post Chibearsv Posted 11 hours ago Popular Post Posted 11 hours ago Everything is in play for me always. I’ve just got to dry box for a couple days if it’s really cold outside or busted wrappers can happen since there’s zero humidity in the air. Right now N2 is winding me down nicely after a busy work day. It’s got a bit of pepper, stewed fruit, sourdough, and some musty twang. Retrohale is dreamy. This is the last of a 5 pack sampler. Time for a bundle. 9
WestCoastSmokin Posted 10 hours ago Posted 10 hours ago Last winter I smoked a lot of RASS and Juan Lopez 2. This winter has been a heavy dose of MOFOH Robusto Trinitys when I do go out and smoke, also smoking a lot more NC right now so I’ll reach for a Oliva Serie V Melanio. For CC, I’ll reach for Robusto/Petite Coronas sized cigars. 4
riderpride Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago 1) Sovereign Suns with great flavors, shortness, and wide enough to not have tarring issues due to rapid heating/cooling cycles in cold temps. 2) BRC is my Cuban choice for the bold flavors - no need to think too hard. 3) Oliva G as it's good enough, and I'm not afraid to toss one if my knuckles are cracking after only an inch or so due to the low low price point. Cheers! 1
zacca Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Party Shorts Boli CJ Sovereign Suns These have been my show shoveling cigars this year
cnov Posted 38 minutes ago Posted 38 minutes ago Hoyo PR - These cabs do not last long enough. PLPC Sovereign Suns Party Shorts - Though I'll be hard pressed to buy another cab unless the prices move a bit.
