Register in the week Monday 26th of January and Friday the 30th of January on this thread Registration entails taking a photo of your feet on some scales In the photo we need to see your starting weight. There is no need to remove nail polish but please trim your toe nails *No dangly bits to be shown in the photo *Digital scales are preferred (save us some bloody work!) *Set your scales to Metric if you can. if you can't, no problem. Example. Make sure the readout is clearly seen. 2. Give us an update (no photo required) in the First weekend of March and The First Weekend of April. Do it on this thread. Lise will post a progressive spreadsheet of those who post. Miss a weigh in and you are out 5. On the First weekend of May take another photo of your feet on the scales with your finishing weight ( FAT BASTARD CSI team will match closing feet to opening feet *Largest weight loss as a % of starting weight wins a box of cigars to be chosen by myself. It is all about having a little bit of fun and starting the year on a healthy "ish" note with some cigars to provide a little motivation Get those photos in between Monday 26th of January and Friday the 30th of January Cheers Rob 3

Ford2112 Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago My doc wants me at 185. I have not been below 200 in over 20 years so I am interested to see if I can do it. Down over all from 255. 94.346 kg to 83.915 kg. Eventually I will get there. Bike gets finished this weekend! 2
