JohnS Posted Sunday at 11:32 PM Posted Sunday at 11:32 PM The Top 25 Cigars of 2025 according to Halfwheel has been released this week. As has been mentioned on their site (and our forum), they haven't had access to Habanos cigars in the last 12 months so there are no Cubans in the list. It's interesting to note that they included both the Maduro and Natural versions of the Padron A Hammer & A Dream cigars in the Top 3 and there are also two Davidoff releases in their Top 25. A detailed explanation of the review process and the list itself can be accessed at the link below: https://halfwheel.com/top-25-cigars-of-2025/ 3 1

Well, they only rate new releases and they don't have a direct line to a retailer that will hold new shiny stock for them to buy units at msrp without caveat. It's tough to get what you want the way you want it, when everyone wants that too and wants it more. Patina and Umabog as value is very nice to see though. Some big feelings on all the store exclusives on the other hand. 3
Çnote Posted 16 hours ago Posted 16 hours ago https://halfwheel.com/the-consensus-2025/460719/ This is the more interesting list IMHO. Lots of forum favorites here I see, but still a store exclusive. 2
Ford2112 Posted 15 hours ago Posted 15 hours ago I had one of those Avowed the Vow cigars. Would revisit that one. 1 1

Or the year before that. Or the year before that. 1

Looks like 10 Cuban cigar reviews in 2024. Year in reviews says 5 but the spreadsheet shows 8 regular, 2 redux. https://halfwheel.com/2024-reviews-in-reviews/445972/ Bolívar Armonía (ER China 2008) (redux) Bolívar New Gold Medal Diplomáticos Grandes (ER Alemania 2021) Diplomáticos Leal (ER Cuba 2021) Hoyo de Monterrey Epicure No.3 La Gloria Cubana 25 Aniversario Robusto Extra La Gloria Cubana Glorias (ER Alemania 2015) (redux) Montecristo Robustos Reserva del Milenio Partagás 160 Aniversario Humidor Gran Pirámides Vegueros Centrogordos 1
Hoosh Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago Halfwheel today posted The Consensus 2025. https://halfwheel.com/the-consensus-2025/460719/ It’s for sure much more comprehensive in scope than the Halfwheel list… 2
Mr. DD Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago From the HW from the Consensus 2025 list, I've enjoyed the Placentia Alma Del Cielo (Boreal), Avowed Cigars The Vow 11.25 (from KBF), AG Cigars (Un Nuevo Reino, I haven't had the 109 yet), HVC La Rosa (Originales), Bandelero Premium (Ironicos), the Aladino 85 Aniversario Reserva Robusto and the Perdomo Legacy Shade (Robusto). I believe there some fantastic NW/NC offerings are out there. Kelner Boutique Factory is killing it right now with Avowed Cigars, Stoic Cigars, Principle Cigars, the Felipe Gregario (Maximar 25th Anniversary) LE, Kelner 80th Anniversary LE...whew! Complex, flavorful and satisfying cigars. Apples and oranges. I'll always adobe my Habanos, but variety is the spice of life! 2
