I'm going to try and maintain my weight this year, eating healthy and working out a bit more. Trying to do more walking and some moderate weight training. My eventual goal is to go from 100kg, 30% body fat, to something like 86-87kg, 20% body fat. 4

Road trip yesterday meant KFC en route and a glass of red wine on arrival. Damn. It's too easy for me to hiccup. Driving back tonight. I'll take some numbers tomorrow see what's happening. It's good breaking the daily habits though so far. This is the key. Accountability and support was the point of this thread. I'll stay on it and join the comp this year. I miss the crisps/chips most. This is the thing. Need to go from controlled days to just days. 4
