El Presidente Posted November 13, 2025 Posted November 13, 2025 13th November 2025 – (Shenzhen) Shenzhen customs authorities have intercepted a smuggling operation involving 150 cigars concealed within a baby stroller at Luohu Port. The discovery occurred during routine inspection of inbound passengers, when officers identified a female traveller utilising the non-declaration channel while pushing a stroller containing uninspected items. Customs personnel initiated an inspection after noting the stroller’s lower storage net contained unchecked belongings. The individual reportedly attempted to quickly manoeuvre the stroller beyond the customs control area with assistance from a companion, prompting immediate intervention by officers. Upon thorough examination, officials discovered a package of opened disposable nappies and a pink handbag within the stroller’s storage compartment. These items contained multiple bundles of cigars individually wrapped in cling film. Investigations revealed the traveller qualified as a frequent border crosser, having entered mainland China multiple times within a 15-day period. According to customs regulations, such travellers are restricted to importing a maximum of two cigars per day, making the discovered quantity of 150 units substantially non-compliant with duty-free allowances. The case remains under investigation by customs authorities. 1

What a sign of the times What you think those Cubans are Cuban? Looks like an amateur operation. They'll never hide any of those master cases this way.
