I purchased a little pack of Toscano Originales. The Classicos are the ones of these I have smoked the most of and they have this smoky sweet flavor, like a date that you eat next to a campfire.

These are trippy little cigars. Scott @Chibearsv this is what you asked for.

Maybe not a picture of my mug. Anyway these are a bit smoother than the Classico. About the same price. I am still getting about a 30 minute smoke per half. Cut them in half, because just do it. I am getting a lot of smoke for such a dry little thing. They may not be pretty. Toothy little dastardly the lot of them!

My fingers are still messed up from that fishing trip I took last month. I give these a thumbs up! A good change of pace cigar and a bit more approachable than the Classico, with a touch less of that sticky smoky date flavor, but interesting and tasty. I prefer these just a hair.

Excellent! That sticky date flavor is very off putting to me in any cigar but I had such low expectations of the Toscano Classico that I didn't mind it too much. I'm glad to hear that the version you tried now has that flavor toned down some. I've got to them a try. Cheers brother, I hope I can make the call tomorrow to join in.

As long as they still have the pits in them. I can't stand pitted dates.
