E2 and this isn’t even close. I like the Mag 54 but a good E2 just has so much more class.

This is the 2nd to last of the random match-ups from this batch. There were always going to be some brutal pairings in a random Round of 32 . 

Winners & Losers brackets coming up in a couple of weeks . 

Should be some very tough match-ups there!

Never had a Mag 54, but the E2 is a great smoke. Wish I had more.

E2, by a margin for me. Never had a bad one. '24 stock seemed to have tapered a little in terms of strength for me. Which has not been a bad thing. Incredibly balanced. Mag 54 have always been a little raw for me. All over the place. I don't think they have quite produced a blend that is right for that particular format.

E2 is a very nice cigar. Have not had the pleasure of a Mag 54 yet so didn’t vote. With the big love for the E2 here this should be a runaway.

E2 for me, too. And I LOVE the general flavor profile Upmanns tend to deliver, but the E2s are on another level in consistency, nuance and complexity.

E2 mops the floor with Mag 54. Every time.

I love the Mag 54 but the E2 edges it out for me. This has been probably the hardest one to pick from for me.

Mag 54s are a solid smoke but the E2 is in the very top for the partagas marca for me. I cannot say the same for the mag 54. E2s are just a damn classy cigar. I love that they roll some batches at EL too. (Although I think the best examples I've had were from a provincial coded 5er box). Last note on E2s: I don't think I've ever had a plugged one or one with any shotty construction issues.
