Probably where he bought most of those cigars as well at Portmann's. Great buying experience if you are that area.

My relatives are in Biel; it's a hike to get to the original location. It's literally on the German border. Worth the visit though. Urs is accommodating to those who are passionate about cigars and make the trek just to visit and buy from his store. Good selection of candy bars as well.
