Hope they wouldnt hang yourself and us out to dry this year. I should have an answer for you on what cigar we will be receiving by the time I get back.
n2advnture Posted February 8, 2006 Posted February 8, 2006 Rob, I would love to know what steps they may have taken in anticipation of the post embargo cigar boom in order not to see a lax in quality/price increase. Thanks! ~Mark Mark. Will ask but they will not answer :-) There will be a big pice increase which will in some small way take care of demand. Increase prices by 10% and you will make the same $ profit even if you lost 30% of your clients. Increase 20% ....you get the drift.
Tampa1257 Posted February 9, 2006 Posted February 9, 2006 Where is Wilkey? The way he can go threw a thread and assimilate the data, he should be able to go threw all the threads with the items that Rob & Ken would get the answers to and post them in a single post on this thread. No telling how many items were promised us while the two Amigos were traveling around Havana..........
Taino Posted February 9, 2006 Posted February 9, 2006 How is it possible, that knowing the amounts of boxes, seals, labels, etc. that are stolen from factories and storage facilities; the amount of fakes produced and the developments in procedures and technology it still appears very little effort is made to fight these robberies and the fake Cuban cigar industry. What concrete actions are been taken by the industry to fight these problems? …I don’t know, but sometimes it almost seems to me they don’t want to do much
thschrminm Posted February 9, 2006 Posted February 9, 2006 Rob, please ask them if they are going to bring back the Ramon Allones Corona... If they reply no, ask them if they will accept a commission from Cigar Czar for a small run... :crying: :crying: :crying:

El Presidente Posted February 10, 2006 Author Posted February 10, 2006 For Ken it will be a cash only deal ....no cards :-P
Freefallguy Posted February 10, 2006 Posted February 10, 2006 I am curious as to how the record hurricane season of last summer/fall may have damaged the tobacco crops.
habanohal Posted February 11, 2006 Posted February 11, 2006 What do they put in Cuba cigars that make them so addictive? I have never craved any non Cuban cigars before. I actually look forward to the mornings where I have a 30 minute drive or so to get to the jobsite.
