Aromas Cigar Lounge, one of the businesses to receive a hefty amount of money through COVID relief funds, held a ribbon-cutting ceremony Monday at its location on Avenue C.

The cigar lounge, which aims to provide an upscale experience for local cigar lovers, received $239,953 in American Rescue Plan Act funds, federal dollars for COVID relief. That is the second-highest amount distributed by the city of Killeen for ARPA funds.

They're images from their homepage. Well spotted!

I suspect 95% of their clientele wouldn't know that's off.
