JohnS Posted April 1 Posted April 1 Cigar lounge holds ribbon cutting after receiving ARPA funds By Kevin Limiti - Herald Aromas Cigar Lounge, one of the businesses to receive a hefty amount of money through COVID relief funds, held a ribbon-cutting ceremony Monday at its location on Avenue C. The cigar lounge, which aims to provide an upscale experience for local cigar lovers, received $239,953 in American Rescue Plan Act funds, federal dollars for COVID relief. That is the second-highest amount distributed by the city of Killeen for ARPA funds.
