Considering pulling the trigger on a box of these in robusto seeing as a couple of my favourite retailers are running site wide discounts. I’m interested in this cigar purely based on Rob saying it blew him away recently. Does anyone have experience with this cigar?

What about other Placensia blends? I see the 151 garnering great reviews.

It's definitely worth trying, I've only had the Fuerte and the Del Campo, which I didn't like as much.

Resist! Order a Fiver first.

It is one of my favorite Plasencia blends. The Hexagon is a bit too long of a smoke for me and the robusto just not enough. The toro offers the best balance in flavor in my opinion. If there is a downside to the cigar is that the wrapper seems to be very thin (in comparison to other cigars) and easy to damage.

Phenomenal cigar. Definitely my favourite Plasencia.

It is a truly spectacular cigar. Definitely a box worthy buy in my opinion.

I was gifted one last year but in a toro size if I remember correctly. Construction was very good but it had a peculiar note to it. Reminded me of fir tree? I know, could be just me. It was an ok experience to smoke outside on a brisk and windy day in the fall. Think it lasted me a little over 2 hours. They are no longer available in my country but in neighbouring Germany they are around 25€. At that price point it’s not a cigar I would buy again as there are plenty of other cigars for the same price or less that I personally would prefer.
