JohnS Posted January 17 Posted January 17 I have a Colibri V-Cutter which I simply adore. It does sufficient, deep cuts on Torpedo/Belicosos cigars to my liking. If I had to make a cut in a post-60 ring gauge cigar, I'd probably opt for a Punch Cutter. But hey...that's me. Plus, I don't think I've smoked a post-60 ring gauge cigar ever other than a Sautters Custom Cuban Cigar gifted to me by @Luca. But that was awhile ago. Still, great memories of a great, flavoursome cigar! Anyway, Vector have a new V-Cutter aimed for cutting cigars up to 68 ring gauge. It may or may not suit you... Vector-KGM Releases VCut1080 January 15, 2025 - Patrick Lagreid Vector has released the VCut1080, a new v-cutter that is geared toward the biggest cigars on the market, as the company says it can handle up to a 68 ring gauge with its stainless steel blades. The cutter measures 4.1 x 1.8 x 0.5 inches and weighs 3.84 ounces or just under a quarter of a pound. It is offered in three colors: gunmetal satin matte, anodized black matte, and a two-tone gunmetal and hi-polish chrome, each with an MSRP of $35. The VCut1080 is now shipping to retailers and consumers. It was originally scheduled to be released at the upcoming Total Product Expo in Las Vegas at the end of the month, but the company said that it was able to produce enough units to release the cutter early.
