After a lovely dinner with my son I was planning a dessert of biscotti, Sauternes, a cigar and a game of backgammon or three, but my son had to leave unexpectedly. So I cut the biscotti out, switched to Tawny Port and changed cigars.

The cold draw was chocolate, mint, coffee and tobacco. Who needs cookies.

1/3 chocolate mint cookie, toasted tobacco with a sweet cookie finish. It’s medium bodied and I’m already wishing it was 2 inches longer.

2/3 dark toasted tobacco and bittersweet chocolate, medium full body, draw is perfect.

3/3 walnut skins, espresso and a burnt sugar sweetness. It’s full bodied now and a pleasure to smoke something so rich and soft yet so powerful.

Unfortunately I only purchased one box of these, for me they were very expensive for the time and I could never find them on sale unlike the Mag 48.
