Unfortunately people living in the 1st world literally don't understand what others are going through and expect a 1st world response/solution. 

Unfortunately, most will submit a travel review thinking they've been done wrong.

The youth & young adults can be the ones that bring down the government. Cuba needs to deal with this quick or there could be regime ramifications. Those who ushered in Communism to Cuba weren't all that old.  Today's young are desensitized to violence more than 50-60 years ago. Add in multinational backers and who knows what may happen.
