Tunkat92 Posted September 12, 2024 Posted September 12, 2024 I left the vitola out intentionally but I will say this is a 2023 cigar. Hopefully my hand gives a good reference of size. Initial thoughts/ Cold Draw: The draw seems perfect for me, just a touch of resistance. Not much on the cold draw, maybe some barnyard notes. 1/3: On initial light, I get dried jalapenos, the flavor not spiciness, made me think of jalapeno cornbread. Lots of savory herb, slight saltiness, and touch of creaminess in the finish. Medium body, medium strength. 2/3: Still lots of savory herb, the profile seems a touch sweeter. I still get the jalapeno note occasionally. Strength and body have bumped up but I would still call them medium. 3/3: Still mostly savory herb but the profile has definitely changed. I get some more darker flavors that I can’t lay a finger on, maybe cocoa nib. The darker notes only come out every few puffs. Nice touch of salt, twang, and still a little creaminess to keep it interesting. Final Thoughts: Smoke time: 1:15 90/100 points, great young cigar. I will probably be reaching for more cigars out of this box. 3
Edicion Posted September 12, 2024 Posted September 12, 2024 PL Montecarlo too but it could be a Ninfas. 2
CubanChomper Posted September 13, 2024 Posted September 13, 2024 Is that a Laguito No. 2? Trinidad Fundadores.
Tunkat92 Posted September 17, 2024 Author Posted September 17, 2024 @ChangBang guessed correctly it was a LGC MdO4. I did bare semblance to a PLMC, but definitely more savory and more strength. 1
