I guess in a way your question really highlights that point of transition from merchants holding large mother cabs that would be taken from and dispatched to clients in relatively plain boxes. Those mother cabs getting smaller and smaller until they become personal cabs.

Fox made some new ones with 2 x 25 Epicure N°2 in 2016 for the 135th anniversary of the company. Presented in Havana during the Fox party.
