Trinidad Band Help!

Hi, I read a lot of the stuff on this forum and first time posting. 

I just purchased some Esmeraldas and checked the bands against another box. They look different. I was wondering if anyone could help me understand why this may be the case. They are from the same year, same month, but different factories.

I don't know about the band, but the cap of the one cigar looks wrong.

I don't see a pig's tail on any of the heads. Take a picture of both cigars on the other side.

Trinidad bands are easy to fake. A good fake would be indistinguishable from a genuine band not to mention the real bands are easy to get in Cuba. No security features or complex printing. 

With the introduction of the larger Trinis I wouldn't be concerned with the logo size difference. They may have used a Media Luna band for a Topes or something. 

And of course, no pigtail is a problem but that would be a huge fail.
