Shakey Posted May 27, 2024 Posted May 27, 2024 I saw this box in another forum and wanted to see if anyone here had received a box with labels/seals out of place like this. Box stamp was EPO DIC 23.

Lt4-396 Posted May 27, 2024 Posted May 27, 2024 I have a Connie #1 box with a SOU OCT 21' code that looks just like that. Burned in HU logos are upside down on tge slide lid and the seals are in the wrong locations. Source is 100% legitimate. 2
NSXCIGAR Posted May 27, 2024 Posted May 27, 2024 I have seen stickers placed in the wrong orientation so that's not an issue. What I haven't seen is the warranty seal not placed over the transitorio seal and the transitorio seal on the other side. I suppose HSA had no choice but to place the warranty seal opposite to the transitorio sticker as HSA will always place the warranty on the bottom left looking at the box. As long as everything else checked out and the vendor was highly trusted it could within the spectrum of Cuba being Cuba. 1

I have a Connie #1 box from 2019 with the HU logo upside down on the lid, but all the seals are in the correct locations relative to how the slide lid opens. SOP for HSA QC I suppose.
Cigar Salute Posted May 27, 2024 Posted May 27, 2024 If this came from a good source, then I wouldn't worry. Got a box of Boli PC with a ENE 21 date from a reputable LCDH in Europe a couple years back. Had the exact same sticker orientation. My guess is that good help is hard to find in Cuba these days🤷🏻♂️ 1
