Punch Coronas box code ? Can anyone help

Hi Folks, I hope everyone is doing well. I know we have a few special FOHers that crack box codes. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. 

Punch coronas I read it as...

NO--SU-SS - L ...not sure with the L it could be a one 1 E or a G

NOSU = 10 98

OCT 98, Sancti Spiritus. 

The "L" is a "I" or "II" or roman numeral 1 (or 2) to indicate the factory in SS. They were only denoting provinces at that time and not the specific factories within provinces. VC - I is also common denoting whatever the 1st Villa Clara factory was.
