Opening 3rd settled nicely and the pepper is almost gone, but just a slight white remains, specifically on the retro. A strong stout and leather rear their heads. Middle 3rd more rich stout and the leather shifts from a new leather to a well worn leather. A subtle cream shows up and brings a nice balance to the richness of the other flavors. Last 3rd brings more intensity of the cream and leather while the stout starts to fade. Flavors were quite rich throughout and I’m not disappointed in the lack of transition.
