El Presidente Posted March 3, 2024 Posted March 3, 2024 It still makes me chuckle Who has tried them? Thoughts? Cohiba Wide Shorts 3 1
NSXCIGAR Posted March 3, 2024 Posted March 3, 2024 They were handing them out at the Trade Fair but I didn't see any available for sale. I grabbed a pack and will probably sample today or tomorrow. 3
Duxnutz Posted March 4, 2024 Posted March 4, 2024 “Pricing set to be double that of the shorts”. Another cigar that’ll sit.

At hardly 50% more tobacco, true, you feel taken advantage of (once again). Still, the Wide feels like considerably more cigar compared to the Short - plus.... you’re getting a more grown-up band. 😂 As a +/- regular small cigar smoker I doubt this will become a regular for me (there was a time, not too long ago, that you could get the fine RG Perlas for the same money). While I am a fan of the CoSho in terms of blend/taste, I always find them too short a smoke (compared to the Puritos/Chicos-format). So the CoWiSho might be a remedy for that, leaving pricing out of the equation. 5 1
MrBirdman Posted March 5, 2024 Posted March 5, 2024 So are they gonna start doing the RyJ Churchill naming scheme with everything now? Will we soon have a wide short, a petite short, and a short short? 4

Hoepssa Posted March 6, 2024 Posted March 6, 2024 If you are not fans of Cohiba shorts, you won't like them as well. Had one and that's how I felt... 1

Bradr84 Posted August 15, 2024 Posted August 15, 2024 I just ordered a 60 pack of them and honestly, I'm excited...I love shorts for what they are and I look at these as the same. I love panetelas but the problem is sometimes they are plugged. These I feel give the quality tobacco with never worrying of plugging and will be a great 20 min smoke. 1
SUP8333 Posted August 15, 2024 Posted August 15, 2024 I was given a pack and enjoyed smoking two of them at the same time. Everyone else that I've asked to do the same hasn't stopped doing it! 🤣 1 1

Habanoschris Posted August 16, 2024 Posted August 16, 2024 I'm kinda open to these considering that they are similar in format to the HDM Le Hoyo Du Maire which pleasantly surprised me/almost shocked me in terms of enjoyment & taste. 😚💨

I posted a review of them. Very surprised here too! 1
Fugu Posted August 16, 2024 Posted August 16, 2024 Smoked more than one, and - I said it before - I am utterly disappointed so far. Perhaps the odd one out (two packs smoked, bought at the same occasion), and I should certainly try once again. The CoSho is consistently pure "Cohiba" to me. Always do I enjoy them (which I think is not a big surprise as the tobacco used is quite homogenized). These here? Hot, dry air! Which really has me surprised as I thought each of the two were utilizing basically the same tobacco.
